Personal reflections, based on a long relationship with Jane Austen, and her admirers. This talk is a legacy from the 2017 exhibition at The ARC, The Mysterious Miss Austen, exploring who Jane Austen was, and whether we can ever know. Louise West is on the board of Hampshire Cultural Trust, and was formerly Curator of Jane Austen's House where she worked for 11 years.
